In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been shipped, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. The change of the delivery address will have an additional cost depending on the destination.

We ship worldwide. At checkoutyou will find the details of the costs and shipping types corresponding to each country.

Shipments will be delivered no later than 14 business days after order processing. Once the order has been processed, a tracking code will be sent to the consumer.

Customs Duties & Taxes Policy

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or customs clearance, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and in such cases, shipping costs and any additional fees will not be refunded.

First exchange free of charge for Spain (peninsula)

 To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.

Only during Black Friday and until the end of Christmas, we will offer an extended period for returns and exchanges. From November 26th to January 16th, as long as you comply with the return and exchange policy regarding the quality and condition of the items.


• The returned item(s) must be unworn/unwashed and in its original condition.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

Mystery Box – Returns & Exchanges Policy

Mystery Boxes can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Returns of mystery boxes must include all items: the secure item and the mystery item.

Return shipping within Spain is €10. For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The total refund will be the order amount minus initial shipping and return shipping fees.

Items must be unused, include all original tags, and be free from odors. Free size exchanges are available for all items, subject to stock (SPAIN ONLY).

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of use, washing, damage, missing tags, or odors. Only items in perfect condition are eligible for refund or exchange.
